Digital Connectivity Technology Program

Are you an older adult who needs a laptop but may not be able to afford one?
This program provides free laptop access to help older Pennsylvanians get connected, access resources, and stay in touch with family and friends.

✅ Stay connected with loved ones
✅ Access telehealth and online services
✅ Learn new skills and explore hobbies

 
Laptops are available to older adults in need who meet program guidelines. 

Eligibility criteria:

- Age 60 or older

- Monthly Income of $2,797 or less

 -  Demonstrate the need for a laptop.

  - Resident of Lackawanna County

- Participation in a minimum of one tech tutoring session per month for one year
